エステサロンでの接客に「否定語」はNG
お客様の接客を行う際、気をつけなければならないのが、気分を害する言葉や対応。
お客様との会話の中で、「ありません」「ないです」「違います」「できません」といった否定語を使うのはNGです。
否定語は、お客様を不快にするだけではなく、クレームに発展するリスクもあるため十分に注意する必要があります。
お客様の求めるサービスや商品がない場合や、要求に答えられない場合は、「こちらはいかがでしょうか」といったように代替案をお伝えするようにしましょう。
また、お客様の勘違いなどで、間違いを正さなければならない場面では、「恐れ入りますが」などのクッション言葉を使いながら、「○○という事ですね」「すぐに確認いたしますので、少しお時間をいただいてもよろしいでしょうか」といったようにお客様に寄り添う姿勢を見せることが大切です。
