いざというときに慌てないように、領収書に関する知識をしっかりと身に着けておきましょう。

実は領収書には正式な形式というものが定められておらず、手書きやエクセル作成などでも作成が可能です。
ただし、記載すべき内容は決まっていますので、記載漏れや書き間違いがないように注意が必要となります。
領収書に必要な項目
| タイトル | 「領収書」という見出しを書きます。 |
| 宛名 | お客様の名前を書きます。 法人の場合は法人名です。 |
| 日付 | 金銭の受け渡しがあった日付を記載します。 銀行振り込みの場合は入金された日付です。 |
| 金額 | 金額は、改ざん防止のため以下のルールで記載します。 ・領収した金額の頭には、「￥」または「金」を付ける ・頭が「￥」の場合は「-」（ハイフン）を、「金」の場合には「也」を金額の末尾に記載する。 ・3桁ごとに「,」を入れる |
| 但し書き | 商品やサービスの内容を記載します。 例：「ボディケアの施術代」「商品代」「メンテナンス代」など |
| 発行者 | 領収書を発行する側の名前です。 サロン名（屋号がない場合は個人名）、住所、電話番号を記載します。 なお、偽造や改ざん防止のために、発行者の記載欄の右側に押印をすることが一般的です。 |
| 収入印紙 | 領収書の金額が5万円以上の場合、金額に応じた収入印紙の貼り付けが必要です。 なお、収入印紙には必ず割印が必要になります。 収入印紙や割印を忘れてしまうと、本来の3倍の税金を納めなければならなくなるため、注意しましょう。 |
【注意点】エステサロンで領収書を発行する時に気を付けるべきポイント
ここからは、エステサロンで領収書を発行する場合の注意点について紹介していきます。
- レシートと領収書は両方発行してはいけない
- クレジットカード決済の場合、領収書は基本的には発行しない
- 領収書を再発行する場合には、不正を防ぐために「再発行」と記載する
まず、お客様に領収書とレシートの両方を渡すことはできません。
レシートと領収書はどちらも経費精算できる書類です。
お渡ししたお客様が不正に重複して経費清算を行った場合、渡したサロン側も税務調査で追及される可能性があります。
領収書を再発行する場合も同様に、不正利用に繋がる可能性があるため、必ず「再発行」と明記しましょう。
また、クレジットカード決済の場合、経費精算の証明は「利用控え」で行います。
領収書を発行したとしても清算時に無効となるため、発行する必要はありません。
しかし、お客様の依頼があれば、発行しても問題はないのでお渡ししてOKです。
ただし、領収書に「クレジットカード払い」と明記してくださいね。
なお、このようなケースでは、5万円以上の取引でも収入印紙の貼付は不要となります。
