エステティシャンの面接で長所・短所はどう答える？
面接で「長所・短所」の答え方を考えるために、まずは面接官が「なぜその質問をするのか」「その質問によって何を知りたいのか」を知ることが重要となります。
長所・短所の質問で面接官がチェックすることは、以下の通りです。
- 自分の性格を客観的に見ることができているか
- この会社で働く上でどのように活躍してくれるのか
- 業務に支障が出るような短所がないか
まず、長所を伝える際は、仕事への姿勢やコミュニケーション能力など、エステティシャンの仕事に生かせる内容を伝えるのがポイントです。
仕事に関係ない長所を伝えてしまうと、「自分を適切に診断できていない」と判断される可能性もあるので注意してください。
一方の短所は、ネガティブな内容となるため、伝え方に注意しなければなりません。
