①景品表示法
景品表示法は、誤解を招く表現や誇大広告などから消費者を守るための法律です。
「根拠のない施術効果のアピール」「期間があいまいなキャンペーン価格」「事実よりも優れているように偽った表現」などが該当します。
また、「最高品質」や「業界最安値」「業界NO.1」などの表現を使用する場合も注意が必要です。
これらの表現は、「最も優れている」という根拠を立証が出来なければ使用することができません。
エステサロンの強みや効果をアピールする際は、その表現が「合理的根拠に基づいたものなのか」ということに注意することが重要です。
②薬事法
エステサロンの表現で、根拠のない数値の表現や医療行為を誤認させるような表記を行うと、薬事法に引っかかる可能性があります。
具体的には、「アンチエイジング」「シミが消える」「たった10分でたるみがリフトアップ」などです。
③医師法
エステサロンの広告での医師法違反とは、医療行為を誤認を受けるような表現を使用した場合が該当します。
「治す」「療法」「医学的根拠」「診断」などの表記が規制の対象です。
また、脱毛やハイフを行うエステサロンは特に注意が必要となります。
まず、脱毛サロンでは「レーザー脱毛」という表記を行うのはNGです。
レーザー脱毛は、肌への刺激が強く、火傷などのリスクが大きいことから医療行為となり、エステサロンで行うことは禁止されています。
また、ハイフについても医療行為となる可能性が高い施術の1つです。

④あはき法
